How can I start a new tariff with a new phone when I still have the old tariff?


Hi, all!

I still have a contract (O2 free S Boost with 10GB of LTE) which ends this August without any Handy fee at the moment. However, I would like to make a new tariff with O2 free M with 20GB LTE and 5G inclusive to get a new fan edition series of Samsung. I was wondering it this is possible to change my tariff to a new tariff with a phone without extra cancellation or change fee. If not, probably I won’t try and just wait until the tariff ends. 

Has anyone idea?

welcome to the community and thank you for your enquiry.
In the course of an active contract extension of your current contract, you can get a completely new offer for the tariff in connection with a new device. This is already possible now.
You can already look for offers in your My o2 area. Otherwise, we can also make you an offer here in our forum. Write down exactly which contract and which device (also in which version - colour, memory) you are interested in.

I found this samsung model with O2 tarif! I hope this would be possible that I change my current tariff to this.

With s21fe model, I want 256gb with olive green color. But I couldn't find 256gb in the O2 website, but from samsung website I could find it.

it can always happen that we do not offer all versions of a specific model. In the case of the S21 FE this means that we are only selling the 128 GB Memory version of the phone. is there maybe an alternative that would interest you or have you already settled on that specific version? And independent of the smartphone, we can of course also check for an offer concerning your contract. We are looking forward to your answers :relaxed: .

Thanks a lot for your answer! But from the samsung website, they offer 256gb galaxy S21FE with O2 tariff. That is what the link that I shared above for. My question is whether it is possible to change my extended tariff to this new tariff from Samsung website. It is still with O2 and the package is provided from the samsung website. I already paid all for my device and still with O2 as a extended contract. I was wondering if I can chage it to the one that I can be offered a new device.

Here, you could find all possible tariff and I wanna make a new tariff with O2 from here.

unfortunately we dont offer the 256 GB Version of the Samsung S21 FE.

If you want the 256 GB Version you can get the Samsung S21 FE directly from Samsung or another business that has the 256 GB Version of the Samsung S 21 FE.

Surely we can make you a offer for a contract extension with the o2 Free M and the S 21 FE with 128 GB or we can just make an offer for the o2 Free M or any other tariff that you would like :)
