How can I revoke SEPA mandate ?

You can revoke the direct debit mandate with an informal letter:

But my question is: why do you want to revoke the mandate? If you revoke the mandate, remember that the transfers of the basic fee must reach o2 in good time. If there is a delay, you may have to pay reminders.

I want to revoke the mandat besause i have two transactions with 10 eur withdrawal from my bank account and I can't see the amount on my O2 account.

And also, I can manage my top up process manually.

Just to have better cost control.

You said your top up process: is your concern about a normal postpaid tariff or are you talking about prepaid?

thanks for your request. 

I confirm that the 2 amounts of 10 € each came in on 29th October. But at the same date the pack “o2 my Prepaid S” was prolonged for 9,99 €. Therefore, you do not see your 20 € as credit on your card anymore. 

I hope you understand that now better.

Thanks for your feedback.

I've allready transfered the 20 eur on my account at that time by credit transfer, and I DO can see the transactions. But I still can' t see the 20 eur from direct debit.

And also I've revoked the sepa mandate via mobile app. Is it enough from my side or i have to print paper form??

everything is fine now. 

The direct debit is stopped. 

Concerning your 20 € direct debit: was it deducted from your bank-account? 

I just ask as I cannot see any direct debit of 20 € in our system.
