I applied for the iPhone 13 pro max 24 months installment phone online. Confirmed but still in pre-order and no information given. Online Chat is not working! I do not speak German and it is officially impossible to reach you!

A few of the color/capacity combinations for the iPhone 13 have a bit of a backlog that is being worked on. As such it can come to a slight delay in phones being shipped out at the moment. Once your phone is getting shipped you will also find the information for that online and you are also notified separately.
