A few of the color/capacity combinations for the iPhone 13 have a bit of a backlog that is being worked on. As such it can come to a slight delay in phones being shipped out at the moment. Once your phone is getting shipped you will also find the information for that online and you are also notified separately.

Thank you for your input. But if this is going to take too long, can you give some information about the subject? For example, 1 month, 2 weeks or less. My phone is broken and I am waiting for a new phone. I can share my reference number with you. Or I can send my information to an e-mail you specify.
