first, an o2-moderator needs to set your number free. If your request is urgent, please call the Hotline.
The porting will cost you €6.82.
To the best of my belief, it will be charged from your card.

Okay, then you need to wait till an o2-moderators sees your message, to edit your request. I don’t see another possibility.

The option to port your number to a different provider has been enabled a few days ago.
You can now start the transfer on the winsim side

I want to port my number from O2 to a different provider. I used the My O2 app. It shows that "We have received the order to release the number 0176XXXXX409. Please instruct your new provider with the following porting data within the next 30 days.” (translated from German to English) But after I instructed the provider about number portability I got a mail stating that "Your previous provider has rejected the number portability.” Can you please help me regarding this case?

Hello, I have an O2 contract from 24.08.2022 to 24.08.2024. My contract ended yesterday, How can I change my contract or is it possible to port my sim to any other sim from now? Or do I need to stay till 24.09.2024 for this to be changed that is one-month kündigen

When you have not camncelled your contract with us it will be continued but you can cancel it monthly, that means today for the 27.09.2024.
If you want your phone number to go to a new contract with a different provider, you can release your number in your Mein o2 account for it to be moved before your contract with us ends or when it has ended, like explained in our article about number porting.
Also you can extend your contract with us for another 2 years with a new discount
