How can I port my number from O2 to Winsim?

I need to port my number from O2 to Winsim but I can’t find the option in Mein O2 app or the web version. Please help!

Hello @NooraKhan, 

first, an o2-moderator needs to set your number free. If your request is urgent, please call the Hotline.

The porting will cost you €6.82.
To the best of my belief, it will be charged from your card.

Okay, then you need to wait till an o2-moderators sees your message, to edit your request. I don’t see another possibility.

sorry for the late reply!

The option to port your number to a different provider has been enabled a few days ago.

You can now start the transfer on the winsim side :hugging:

I want to port my number from O2 to a different provider. I used the My O2 app. It shows that "We have received the order to release the number 0176XXXXX409. Please instruct your new provider with the following porting data within the next 30 days.” (translated from German to English) But after I instructed the provider about number portability I got a mail stating that "Your previous provider has rejected the number portability.” Can you please help me regarding this case?

Nice that you already found out how to release your number in the Mein o2-App. 

When exactly did you order the porting of your number to a new provider?
