I called for a problem i was having with my modem and after solving the problem over the phone, the agent provided me a free month abo for the O2 TV M paket. He literally said me after i asked him that i could cancel the program if i dont like it at the end of the month. Now i go to my profile and i dont find a cancelation option. Does anybody here know a solution to this?

I see that in the system it will be ended by 16th August, this would be the reason youdo not find the cancellation option online.

Just to be on the safe side you can fill out our cancellation form:

Here you can fill in the customer number which is the reference for our debiting and which yiou find on your monthly bill.

Then you proceed to chose the options and fill in your phone number

Then regular and next possible date of cancellation 🙂

The o2 TV option is a flex option which runs from month tp month but if you miss the month you can cancel it daily.
