Hello, I ordered an eSIM earlier this week. I’ve been  in the hospital and have no way to make phone calls and stay in contact outside the limited WiFi here. 
 

I was under the impression that an eSIM could be ordered and accessed right away, which is why I thought this could work. I was dismayed to be told I could wait 6 days for it to show up in the mail. I have no way to get to my home to even access the mail until I’m not sure when. It’s a terrible Catch - 22. 
 

is there anything that can be done? I desperately need the ability to call people and make arrangements for my kid and pets. 
 

Also, I don’t seem to be getting any emails from O2 regarding my order. I don’t know what to do right now. 
 

any help, please? 

Do you have anyone who can bring you the letter with the QR code to the hospital?

For the eSIM of a new contract we have to send the QR code for its activation by letter to the given address. Unfortunately we cannot send the eSIM before the activation of the contract and the phone number via e-Mail, this is only possible when the contract is already activated.
