Hi there, I’ve been using the Homespot with no problem for 1.5 years. Today all of a sudden it has failed. I’ve tried the normal reboot but when it comes back on and I connect to it, no “login screen” pop up for me to enter the password and the SIM passcode. I remain connected to it with “no internet connection”. Pressing and holding the reset button doesn’t work. Please help!

Oh and going to http://o2.spot doesn’t work either.


Is there any support staff on here? No home internet for 2 days now. I really need to get it fixed.


Just talked with xxx on chat. Was told I have to call Technikabteilung für Mobilfunk at 0176-888 55 222, but my top German skills can’t even get past the pre-recorded prompts :sweat_smile:  (sigh...)

I hope someone can help me on here.

The antenna light is a solid yellow. Devices can connect but with no internet connections (no IP address assigned). No o2.spot / admin page shows up so then I cannot enter the SIM passcode.

Rebooting does not solve problem. Pressing the reset button for over 30 seconds seem to have no effect whatsoever.

Please help.
