Homespot is not working


Hi,

I am using my homespot for more than 1.5 years but since I left for vacation, it does not work.

I tried to reinsert sim-card but didn’t help. Once I connected, I can’t even connect o2.spot to enter pin.

Do you have any ideas? I think the homespot could be broken. Any helps appreciated.

And, it is weird when I check O2 homepage to increase the speed, it says the service is not available at my address while I have an active contract. I may be paying a service which cannot be used! If this is the case, things will get weird too!

Did you try our Live-Check ?

I can see several issues at your Home address. 😕

There are some base station works near you. All yellow marked stations have some restrictions.

Hi Andrea, I had a conversation with o2cando on twitter. You may check it.

The problem is there for more than 10 days and I even don’t see red/orange blink on cellular on device. I was going to try the sim on a phone but I need nano sim which I don’t have for homespot. I don’t think the problem is related issues on the photo you sent as it is present for days.
