hi im trying to register my prepaid sim. sim karten nummer is correct but on the nxt step on the phone number it show unknown number

The message concerning unknown phone number comes up after you enter the number that you received along with the simcard? Or does this happen immediately upon reaching the second step?

This happen on the second step when i type my number and submit. Is there any way to register my number? I need to top up for my data because it is already low. Thank you

did you use Videoident to activate your prepaid card or did you call the hotline?
