Im trying to register my prepaid sim. On the 1st step sim karten nummer is ok. But on the 2nd step the phone nummer shows unknown phone nummer. Any suggestion on how to register. Thank you

The message concerning unknown phone number comes up after you enter the number that you received along with the simcard? Or does this happen immediately upon reaching the second step?

This happen on the second step when i type my number and submit. Is there any way to register my number? I need to top up for my data because it is already low. Thank you
