Roaming is only when you're in Italy... if you want to call an Italian number from Germany, this is an international call, which is charged according to the price list.

How about my data in Italy? Will my plan work in Italy or do I have to pay extra?

it also works in Italy, thanks to EU regulation.

Surcharges can only be charged from 4 months of continuous use in Italy, but you won't be there for that long, right?
