Please I need help to change my phone number, as I have an appointment with the Technician on the 30th of March to activate my house Internet but just discovered that they have my old phone number, please

I’ve checked and the phonenumber that is being given to the technician as part of your move, is the one that belongs to your current o2 Free Unlimited Max contract: I’d have assumed that this is the correct number. What seems to differ here is the general contact number within your data, should we correct that?
