@o2_Micha DHL got back to me today, but not with any helpful response. 
I did, however, receive the device later that night. Someone from the neighborhood, not a direct neighbor came to drop it at my door. I know this because I saw her through the window. Good person! DHL guy drops my package at a wrong address and then goes ahead to write my name that I received it. Unbelievable!

Normaly the delivery went good but sometimes…. Good that your neighborhood is better than the delivery service.
