If you recieve the information that a delivery was succesful but you did it not get yourself in most cases it means that it has been delivered to a neighbour. Did you maybe have alook in your postal mailbox? Often you will find further information where the delivery has been made.
If you still can neither find a neighbour that accepted the delivery nor the package itself I strongly recommend to get in touch with our customer service so we can have a look into this. :-)

I am sorry but I did not received any thing in my mailbox. And I did not receive my order. But on tracking of DHL It shows order was delivered successfully. I don’t know what I have to do now Please help me out in this case.

I received my APPLE AIR PODS PRO from my neighbor. But i have an other problem regarding my account in O2login. After login my account when i click on My Data for checking my installment plan. it will take me on this site. (https://hilfe.o2online.de/) please solve my issue so i can check my installment Plan.

nice that you received at last still your Apple Air Pods Pro.
In order to see your installment-plan, you first of all need to register at “Mein o2”. Please use this link: Registration at "Mein o2" with o2 My Handy-contract
You find the order-number (Vertrags-Nummer) on your invoice that you received by letter at the beginning of your contract.
