Hello,

I just received a bill for €777, including €708 for, I assume, some game charges from an app store.

After checking hours charges were made I can definatelly say it wasn`t me, many made after midnight, 2 or 3 am!

I need help resolving that case please. An investigation should be opened and that bill should be reversed. I have blocked access to all third party services on that sim card already.
