Hello i have Ordered an IPhone 13 Pro Max 128 and was told by O2 email to send via Überweisung guthaben cause i did not had at that time a Mobile Contract and i sent them and every thing was nice and they confirmed it and my mobile is now with me but i was told in the email that this Guthaben or Deposit won't make the Mobile more expensive and will be deduced from my mobile installments but i can not see this in my Monthly receipt so where did my Money Go ,
have searched all my Receipts to see if it was transferred to my Apple watch installments or mobile contract but cannot find my Money and i will have to pay all the installments + the deposit
by deposit i mean “guthaben”
=D  thanks in advance

Hi @Serageldin94

Welcome to our o2 Community.

Everything is fine. Your money for the iPhone was transfered to your o2 account and the first monthly rates for your iphone will be deduct from your o2 account, not from you bankaccount. You just have to pay for your o2 mobile phone contract.

Best regards Matze
