It's not possible to change the phone colour.
You can cancel the order within 14 days and make a new with the right colour.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the color. The only option is to cancel the order within 14 days, as already described.
After that, you can place a new order with the desired color.
Have you already thought about how you want to proceed in your case?

I appreciate both responses. However, it seems there might have been some confusion or misinformation on both of you regarding the 2 phones in one pack and the color options available with this particular offer. This offer included only one color choice, which comprises the Pixel 8 Pro in Bay and Pixel 7a in black. There is no sending back and get another color. It was fixed and locked to one color on purpose.
I was hoping to inquire whether O2 would consider allowing a change in color as a gesture of goodwill before sending the devices. However, it appears that this might not be possible, as this two specific colors are reserved for the 1 phone offers which is kind of funny in a bad way to lock colors behind a price. If the preferred color had been available, Obviously I would have opted for it.
With that said, I have decided not to cancel the order, and I will keep the Bay (already received both devices). Please note that the offer of 2 phones pack is no longer available after the 20th.
Thank you for your response, although I am disappointed by the lack of effort from O2 to accommodate customer preferences.
We can consider this matter closed I can live with light blue not the end of the world, In fact I think I will like it 😅 or get used to it in the end
