@mike1989 we could send you a duplicate invoice. It costs 2 EUR. It is okay for you?

 


And what should I pay for? For the paper ??? You must do this for free.

Why should this service be free?(??) A duplicate invoice used to cost 9.99 so you can be thankful it is now much cheaper. If you don’t want to pay that’s fine, but then you won’t get the copy you seem to need.

@bs0 is completely right. It is a service you get from us. You got the original invoice, when you signed the contract. The result is, when ee send you a duplicate, it create costs to us. 

Tell me if I should send you the duplicate.

it would simply be added to your upcoming bill.
