is it possible to send a mobile phone back to o2 after 2 months without using it or even turning it on?
What are the conditions and what should I do?

No, this is not possible.
Why?
It is not opened and it is completely new as I received it.

Thats are the rules in Germany.
Sell it on eBay if it is new and original in packed. If you pay the phone completely.
