Hi , Please help me port my number by freeing it from 02. If there is a way to do it online (which I couldn’t find), let me know.

If the prepaid card is still active, go to the prepaid chat.

o2 Prepaid-Chat

 

If it is already deactivated, you no longer need to do anything with o2. Your new provider asks when the contract ends. This lasts until 90 days after deactivation.
