Hello. On 22.10 I went to an o2 center here in munchen.

I asked for activation for a dim card with unlimited giga consumption.

I receive my sim with ondemand unlimited.

I quietly use the sim for internet and calls for 10 days.

On Thursday 31 I receive an email from my bank in which I am notified that the payment of 121€ will be withdrawn from o2 on November 5.

I go to look up the bill on the meineo2 app,I find that I have 3 phone numbers linked on my contract. I run to where I activated the sim,I expose the problem, the same clerk tells me that it is normal and that once I pay the credit will be returned to me. Not sure I go to another o2 store today, and the clerk tells me to go inmediately to cancel the contract.

Do you know how this is possible?

@Mirko b Did the shop give you the contract documents?

Only one phone number was listed there?

Moin,

you sign for 3 contracts. Go to the Verbraucherzentrale in your city this a fraud.

The problem is, you don’t have the 14days cancel time if you sign a contract in a shop.

The contact arrived by email. But i received after i signed the contract in the shop.

Tomorrow i go another time in the shop and ask for cancel the contract. I hope it works.

@Mirko b will not work… that’s my prediction.

Is better to rake an appointment at the Verbraucherzentrale? For 2 year is 2400€ for 2 numbers i dont use? Is not possible i can t have a solution.

Try it on Monday. If the shop will not cancel “use” the Verbraucherzentrale.

I think they know how to use the failures of the shop to cancel the contract.

Hello @Mirko b,

welcome to our o2 Community 😀

I'm glad that you've already been given some valuable tips here.

It's really annoying if you haven't been informed about the additional contracts. Basically, you have to be informed in advance before you sign anything.

Did you only receive one or all three SIM cards?

Please let us know if we can answer any more questions.

Best regards

Giulia
