I ordered iPhone 12 Pro on November 26 with Flexi S postpaid, in is such a way that I can cancel the postpaid contract anytime.

The issue, I planned to use the SIM on the iPhone 12 pro, the SIM has been delivered to my address and I'm told it'll be will be automatically activated in 2 weeks, if I don't activate it before then. I thought the SIM would come with phone, but the SIM came earlier and by what I'm reading here, I don't think I would have the phone delivered this year.

It's pointless paying for contract I wouldn't use anytime soon. I want to know, can I cancel the contract now without activating the SIM, and maybe get a new postpaid contract when the phone delivers?

Hi @Aluzone,

welcome to our community.

If you get a discount on the mobile plan for the iPhone it will be finished with the cancellation. The last possible cancellation date for the mobile plan is  Monday 14th 2020. You can stop the activation and get a new contract later on but without a potential hardware discount.

So please think about the consequences and get back to us as soon as possible.

Greetings

Okay. I want it cancelled but I guess it’s late already. But if it is possible, I will want it cancelled.

And please, in any case, is there a possibility of getting the phone before Christmas, it’s 3 weeks now, because it’s dependent on the time that I could travel for the Holiday.

Hi @Aluzone, since it is a Flex contract, as you said, it can be cancelled monthly.

I am sorry but we can´t influence the delivery time. I keep my fingers crossed that it will be with you soon. :fingers_crossed_tone2:

Kind regards, Ines.
