Hi all, 

The first time I use O2 HomeSpot, I found that I set up the device by accessing the web for the first time, then I clicked the reset button on the device, and finally I could not set the device through the web.
I am sure that my laptop and homespot are on the same network, because I can ping successfully and successfully access 192.168.1.1. I think there should be a server in homespot. When I send a login request, it has a bug in the server. Can anyone tell me what to do? I want to set up my device.

 

Of course, I can also return the device. If I choose Defekt (Austausch), will a new device be sent to me? I like O2 and homespot, because the apartment I rent only supports O2, which is my only choice.

I have the same problem. It looks like an FW that was automatically installed as the OTA update is broken. Any update from o2?
