I have booked my phone(Samsung S10)with O2 sim card,against auftragsnumer: ******87 CHECK24 and customer number ******847.Today on dated 18-06-2020 went to post office for collection of DHL packet.They said without original passport cannot give me.I have given them original Residence card,Original driving leisence, Meldung paper and old passport.Because my latest passport in BAMF office for visa.So They refused me and DHL packet returned to you back.

Now please cancel my order:*****847

thanks for your message.

 

I regret that the authentification of your contract was not successful.

 

In order to cancel your contract within the withdrawal-period of 14 days, please send a cancellation-letter to check24. They need to agree to the cancellation and will contact o2 afterwards.

please send your withdrawal directly to Check24.

The way you wrote this, by the way, is the way you´d cancel the contract normally. A withdrawal - the usage of the “Widerrufsrecht” within the first 14 days, needs to be written a bit different, like:

“Hiermit widerrufe ich den von mit abgeschlossenen Auftrag (Order ID here). Bitte bestätigen Sie mir den Widerruf per Mail.”

That looks fine, except for:

“Mir” instead of “mit”, that was my typo - sorry about that.

Just send it over to check24, your personal data included of course, so they can work out the details with you. The sooner, the better!

allright! Now we just have to wait for the response from Check24.

They´ll check the details and then report back to you and us.

Once weßre given the go for the cancellation, we´ll terminate the contract and pay back any charges that may have been made.

 

This all might take a few days, so it is a good thing you´ve documented all the messages.
