Hello there, 

 

so I’ve got a problem today, my SIM card blocked it self and I have no acces, I just placed back to my router and it’s requires a puk code. So, I entered the correct puk codes (tried both of them) then I typed the new PIN code (I didn’t used it before) but still saying it’s false pun code.

 

please help me this thank you Patrick ☺️

call the English-speaking hotline and compare the PUK with your contract.
