recently i bought an ipad with an esim and now i cannot activate it every time i try it is said that becausey of some technical reasons it cannot be done

You purchased an iPad with a new contract and ordered the SIM card as an eSIM. Could you please provide us with more details about what isn't working? It would be helpful to know what error message you are encountering.
