I am trying to get in touch with someone that speaks english at customer service and I was left on hold for 30 minutes and then the service hung up on me.
In store rep Salvatore in Landstuhl use to be so very helpful, but now all he does is take his personal calls and talk for 5 more minutes while you are the only customer to walk into the store.
I mistakenly forgot to put the reference number on my bill pay from my banking account and I am trying to get that credited to the correct account. There is no way to do it online and there is no one that is able to help me. If I do not hear anything back in a by tomorrow I will have my bank retract the deposit.
