I tried to contact O2 in fb chat but the only answer I got was LG and her name. So I come here for solution.
I ordered an O2 My Home M sim and 5G router to the address that I am currently living in. But I will be using the service for my new apartment. I read that the simcard is locked to a fix address. I havent activated the simcard and will activate in my new address. Will it be enough or do I need to call O2 and tell them to change the address? Since it cost 20 euro to change the address and I read it too late that the address is locked.
Hopefully i can get answers here. Thank you very much in advance.
