Hi there, I have a letter authorization from my company to keep the phone sim card that they provided to me, how I can get a O2 contract and keep the number? I’d like to receive support in english please.

Is the contract with o2 Business already deactivated? If not, please contact our Business-department first, before you agree on a contract as a private customer.
