Hi, I have an issue with the English hotline. When it asks ‘for contract related questions press 1’ it immediately hangs up when I press one. When I press 2 for technical it goes through to the next menu, which then hangs up regardless of my choice.
The online live chat does not work on any device I have access to. It simply never loads. Not off to a good start here.
My questions are this:
- I selected during signup of my contract to port my old number. I’ve just recieved the contract details and have been given a new number (which I obviously don’t want). Is there a way to fix this without customer support?
- How do I get onto English support without being hung up on?
