Ending Contract and changing to Prepaid

Hi,

My postpaid contract along with phone is ending on 23 May, 2021. I would like to terminate the contract when it ends and change that to Prepaid (keep the number). What can I do for that?

Unfortunately you can´t keep the number if you change to prepaid.

Why do you want to change to prepaid? I am sure, we can make you a good offer to stay at postpaid. :slight_smile:
