I have order bundled contract with iPhone 15 pro max 3 weeks back, at that time it was assured that will be delivered in 3 weeks. It has already been 3 weeks and the order status is always in backlog. Whenever I call the customer care they said the device is available in the warehouse but they don't know why the logistics team hasn't been shipped and they would call/write a ticket to them that it will be shipped in the next two days but this is the same story repeated every couple of days. I have an upcoming long vacation and work abroad in a week and I don't want to miss out on the device, and if so there is no point in tying up to the fixed contract for 2 years for sim.

Please help!

@o2_Steffen Any update here, if I am not going to get the device in the next couple of days, there is no reason for me to stay in a fixed contract for 2 years, I would like to cancel the complete bundle. Please help me.

understandable that you wanted to receive the device before your vacation has started. I'm sorry that your order was so unfortunate.

Now that some time has passed, have you received your iPhone in the meantime? And if so, does everything work?
