I have order bundled contract with iPhone 15 pro max 3 weeks back, at that time it was assured that will be delivered in 3 weeks. It has already been 3 weeks and the order status is always in backlog. Whenever I call the customer care they said the device is available in the warehouse but they don't know why the logistics team hasn't been shipped and they would call/write a ticket to them that it will be shipped in the next two days but this is the same story repeated every couple of days. I have an upcoming long vacation and work abroad in a week and I don't want to miss out on the device, and if so there is no point in tying up to the fixed contract for 2 years for sim.
Please help!
