Hello…

I ordered phone and sim card online

then i received email to confirm my email address i tried but there is technical issue all the time..

is it any problem with my contract ?

Or i have to face issue if i can't confirm my email ?

Did you already get an order confirmation by e-mail?

If yes, you can see the delivery status here: Order status

Did you already get the sim-card by letter?

I already got my sim and phone but now i have this email confirmation issue.. 

There is technical issue my email is not confirm because of this ..

Now help me out what i have to do .. 

Is this email confirmation making any issue with my contract and payment ?

as long as you get e-mail confirmations and your e-mail-address is correct, this does not have any influence on your contracts. 

Just register your sim-card under “Mein o2” after you activated the card. 

Please follow the instructions here to activate your sim-card: 

Afterwards, you have the possibility to register your mobile phone-number at “Mein o2”. Please follow the steps here: 

You then have the possibility to check your e-mail-address at “Mein o2”.

I have issue with my sim card. I tried to activate sim card but the website show me error i tried many times but i can't activate sim . Then i call to help line number but after 10 minutes waiting they cut my call.

If my sim card will be not activate then you take money from my bank account?

 Or is it big problem for me if i can't activate my sim ?

Hello o2

I have question that i order phone contract online . I pay 1 euro for booking . After on 12 october 2021 TG GmbH Co. OHG Georg-Brauchle-Ring 23-25 took 4.99 euro . How much money took by account they first send me invoice that they took money on this date  today is my phone contract bill date today they have to take money from my account but they didn't send me any message in my bank account .  this make any issue with my payment ? Because i am so worried now about that

I have another issue please help me out i am totally frustrated .

Ok let me explain you i but phone and sim card on contract and i pay 1 euro for phone booking and then yesterday they took 4.99 euro for shipping charges 

But today on 13 October 2021 is my phone billing date they didn't send any invoice in my bank account i didn't see any payment booking in my bank account. And they didn't took money yet.

 

Please tell me it will make any big issue ?

Make me more trouble because i feel like i done something wrong ?

Hopefully I get you right by telling the details. 4,99 EUR once is the shipping fee for your mobile phone. It is booked separately from any other payments like the deposit and the installments. 

All the other fees are debited when the 14 days withdrawal period is over.
