Early payment resolution

Hi, I submitted by mistake an early payment resolution for my phone. I didn’t meant that since I didn’t fully understand German. 
 

I need it to be cancelled, since I cannot afford to pay it all at once. I made the request a couple of days ago and I’ve received a letter about it today. How should I proceed?

    The early payment can be canceled within 14 days. Please let me know if I should cancel it for you.
