Early contracts cancellation - leaving abroad


Hello!

Unfortunately I needed to open a new account on here to write this, 

I have some questions that I need answers to, I read most of the topics put here but I’m not sure about some things. 

I have three contracts that I want to end early because I’m leaving Germany and going back to Poland.

 

  1. My Handy - I already put info that I want to pay My Handy, got the letter but after two weeks it’s still not paid even though it said they’ll debit it from my account in 2 weeks. When can I expect this to be done?
  2. My Mobile and My Home - I know that I need to give the Abmeldung info and Anmeldung/information about new place. The things is - I’m going back to my parents and I won’t be taking a new job, so I won’t have any paper that I could give, is Abmeldung enough in moments like this or do I need to try with some office here in Poland? 
  3. How much do I need to pay with cancellation? I know one month for My Mobile but is it the same with My Home or different? 
  4. Can I send the copy of Abmeldung and cancellation forms with my router or it’s better to send them in two different packages?

 

Sorry for so many questions but I really want to be sure to close everything and do everything as soon as possible and good for both sides :)

1. Usually o2 informs you when payment will be taken, but it us often a few days later.

2. Anything that clearly shows you are living in Poland would suffice.

3. The notice period is one month for both.

4. Don't send any documents with the router. Send your termination request and documents online here: http://info.o2online.de/kuendigung/

Hey @iciax,
In your case, this is an extraordinary cancellation (the second point in the first selection) and as soon as possible (the first point in the second selection).

Thank you @o2_Flo ! I’ll proceed with everything soon, I have another little question;

What’s the adress that I should return the Homebox to? :) 

Want to order delivery to pick it up but I want to be sure that I got good adress :)
