I’m writing hoping to address a few issues concerning my account (Kundennummmer 6xxxxxxxx1). Earlier this year I received an offer via email for a promotion for a new phone on my existing contract. I tried to pay for the phone via klarna but the payment portal didnt work with multiple cards on multiple days and the website said it was an online only offer. As it expired, I was under the impression that the offer was rescinded so to my surprise I still received a sim card and started to be charged monthly. This has happened twice this year.
I went to a shop and the agent explain to me what happened. I am aware that there was a 14 day cancellation period, sadly my german wasn’t good enough to catch that. On top of that, i couldnt physically go into a shop during the 2nd attempt because i have covid. Through the help of one of your in-store agents, the additional contracts have been cancelled at the end of their contracted date.
Is it possible to request an early extraodinary cancellation of contract for numbers (0176xxxxxxx8 & 0176xxxxxxx5)? I have only received the sim card from the april attempt, in which i can return to you, (didnt receive anything for the second attempt) and as you can see through your system, they are still deactivated. I’m willing to pay any early cancellation fee.
