Hi, in this new design which keeps sending me to the forum, I can not find how to download our invoices. All the previous how-to’s link to incorrect pages. Can you help?

Please make sure you log out completely from our community and sign in with the contract details you need the invoice of.

For mobile conctracts take the mobile phone number.

For DSL it’s the landline number. 

It is because of data security you get no access to your contract details through the community log in. Even if you are just interested in a contract with o2 you can join this forum.

Please try again and report if everything is fine.

Hi and thanks for the reply. I wasn’t even logged in to the community and I still couldn’t get into mein o2 with my usual login using my email address. I got in now with the login per sms, but being taken to the community all the time is very confusing and it’s very annoying my old login with email address doesn’t get me into meino2 anymore, since I don’t personally have a number under this account, so I need to ask an employee for the sms code.

I hope this can be fixed.

As described by @o2_Manga, please log-in with your mobile phone number or with your DSL-landline-number.
