Hi team,

I would like to know if it’s possible to downgrade my tariff now. I am an O2 customer since 2020. Last year when I wanted more data, the o2 dealer tricked me into getting a new sim instead and port my number so I get to keep my number. I completed more than 2 years already then but he terminated the old contract and I had to start the minimum term 24 months again. I think it’s almost 1 and a half years now and I do not want this much data and would like a cheaper plan, something like 10-20 gb for 15€. Note: I also have another O2 contract for my home wifi (Homespot) as well as a Handy contract. I cannot afford 25€ per month for my mobile data and I do not use it much. Please advise.
