Hi!

last month I ordered an Ipad and I have been charged twice as I payed on 04-11-21 and I was charged again on 05-11-21.

Please let me know if that amount will be returned or managed in the next month invoice.

I have bought an ipad from ipad last month and this month I have been charged twice by O2 as I payed the monthly amount on 04-11-21 and I was charger again on 05-11-21.

Please let me know if that amount will be refunded or be replaced by next months payment.

your account is not connected to a contract, which is why I can’t take a look at your current status.

You have transfered money to us first and a day after we’ve taken the same amount from your bank account, is that correct?

In that case, the time between your transfer and our deduction seems to have been a bit short for our system to notice, which lead to the deduction.

The next deduction will take place in 2 month, first we’ll take the money, which you have transfered to us.

Yes that’s correct. Here is my O2 number 0163XXXXX. Please check the payment status. I hope I won’t be charged next month for my Ipad.

thanks for your reply. Please note not to open several threads for the same topic. As you are here in a public forum, please do not publish any personal details. 

Concerning your payments, just have a look yourself. 

In the “Mein o2-App” just click on your device and go to “Mein Ratenplan”. There you see already for which dates you payed already.

Thanks for letting me know but in my O2 app it just shows the deduction of single payment. It doesn’t shows the payment of which I sent to O2 from my account.
