So i ordered double accidentally. I ordered the iphone 16 pro max over the hotline and they told me i dont need to pay (subject to approval) and i will retain my sim but subject to extension of contract. The operator told me that they will contact me again if i need to pay something. The order went through. Then after a few days i received an email that i need to pay 180€ something for the phone and i will receive a new sim card. I paid it thinking it was my previous order. But i saw in mein o2 app that i got double orders. I called the hotline again and said they cant cancel it, i just dont have to accept the phone when it comes. They are sending the second one, and chose in DHL to refuse acceptance. My question is, will they refund me my money or just consider it a payment for my first order? Why do i have to pay the connection fee of 39.99 for my sim when im already a customer for almost 4 years?
