You only noticed this over a year later? Take a look at the emails you received from o2 in January 2020, in particular the contract details. Did you conclude these contracts in a shop? If so, check the contracts you signed as well.

Yeah, I have an account where I all my contracts are being auto debited so I wasnt able to check since a few days ago. The shopkeeper told me that my 19.99 contract will be retained then my partner will receive a 14.99 contract instead of the 19.99€ contract. So I thought the 34.99 was my new tarrif but O2 didnt cancel my 19.99 contract and double charged me.
It was very clear to the both of us that only her contract will be discounted thats why I agreed.
A new contract does not cancel an existing contract unless it is an extension of that contract in which case the 24 month term starts again . Did your partner get a new SIM card? It sounds like you concluded a new contract in addition to the ones you had.

The salesperson said, O2 will merge my account and will terminate my existing contract. Is there an official O2 Administrator here? I want to know what I can do because the partnershop is closed I am not willing to pay another month of 34.99 and 19.99 with this kind of service.
A moderator will be able to look into this for you in the next few days. Contracts cannot be merged though and the salesperson cannot just terminate the contract so it would be important to know what you signed in the shop. It really doesn't help your case that you have silently accepted this for 14 months.
However thats what the salesperson told us back in 2020. My partner's contract will only be 14.99 and then mine is 19.99 but then why was I being charged 34.99 for her plan and the 19.99 for mine?

I understand your disappointment concerning the missing discounts.
But as I see, you clarified your issue already. The reason for the missing discounts was that your 2 contracts were not under the same customer number. Therefore, the 50%-combination-benefit could only be activated today.
Additionally, I see that the missing discount for your main contract was activated on 26th March 2021 and that your 2 contracts are prolonged now for 24 months. So, altogether you have now a basic fee of 39,98 € for both contracts excl. 7,50 € for your SAMSUNG GALAXY A20E that will be charged until September 2021.
I hope everything is fine now.

Yes that issue was resolved quickly by the O2 team. Thank you very much.
Now what will happen to the double charging from January 2020 til March 2021? It is still unfair on my end that I had to pay twice since it was an error by O2 Partner Shop. They told me that I will receive the discount and that I did not have to do anything on my end because the shop will combine both numbers under one account. I trusted that everything will be okay.

have you been in contact with the shop regarding this matter? In 2020, or 2021?
The different costumer account, which resulted in the high bill because of the missing Kombi-Vorteil, seems to be based on the differences between the 2 contracts.
I noticed that the billing adress was a different one. The first customer account was updated with the same adresse about a month later.
Different adresses prevent contracts from being put together, because the inital setting may not be overwritten by a new contract.
If a difference is spotted, a new costumer account is being created by the system.
If you have been in contact with the shop, It would be great to know the details!
