Hello please my phone and sim  contract  will expire on November 2022 and I want to know do I qualify to order a different phone on a contract

Basically, you can order a new cell phone from us at any time. If you extend your SIM-contract by 24 months, you will receive a discount on your tariff for the purchase of a mobile phone. Let us know if you want us to make you an offer. Have you already chosen a new mobile phone?

Hello Giulia thanks for your answer I have extended my sim contract by 24 month also I have paid for the bill for the new phone but I haven’t heard anything again this is my Oder number WSHWXXXXX

I ordered iPhone 13 please  


I extended my contract yesterday and I have received message that my contract has been activate
