Direct Debiy Issues

I have my direct debit setup with o2 but last month, they said the payment failed so I had to transfer it, and once I had done that I setup the direct debit again, but now again they say that it failed. But I have the funds in my account to pay the bill. I don’t know why I have to pay for their fault.

Unfortunately I cannot see why your payment was not received. Does your bank have any information about this?
