direct debit cant cancel

I have enabled the direct debit in my O2 app. But I have already recharged my package with the top up. But I have received an SMS saying 15 euros will be debited from my account is there any way to cancel this

You can specify when you’re being debited. To check this you can use your Mein o2 App or Mein o2 portal

Did it take money twice in a row or has there been some time inbetween the bookings?
