I ordered a Pixel 7 pro 256GB without a contract via O2 on 16 October 2022. I payed the entire amount for the phone upfront. I placed the order with making an account in O2.
I got the first automated email with saying that my order has been received. However, I did not receive the second email with the order number and the confirmation. The amount for the phone has been debited from my account. But when I called the customer service, they said that I haven't placed the order since they could not find it in their system.
I am not sure how to proceed with this issue.
