I would like to ask you about the airbuds of the offer I bought with a Huawei 30 Pro, as I did not receive them. Danke.

When did you register to get them? It takes up to 30 days to receive them.


I ordered on April 6 and I received the phone today, so I imagine I will receive the airbuds within the 30 days delayed you mentioned. Danke.

The timeframe was a bit tight, you needed to register on the 20th of April, at the latest.

That is very tricky from you, I thought you were talking about when I register to o2, and I did before the 20th. I don't know if there is other register to be done but it is not information that you make clear and you reply 10 days later? The offer said I would get the airbuds with my phone, and it convinced me to buy it. That's not OK. 


I am not sure about what you mean about "register accordingly" I asked for assistance about the airbuds ten days ago and you reply after the deadline of registration. I don't think I received the right advisory from your part. The information is not clear.

It was an offer from Huawei and you needed to register with Huawei to get the buds. The information was present on the website.

I regret the misunderstanding about the registration at Huawei in order to get the freebuds.

 

As this is a promotion directly from Huawei and this promotion already ended, I cannot offer you any solution.

 

But I hope you are happy with your device HUAWEI P30 PRO.

 

You have the possibility to order the freebuds here: Huawei FreeBuds 3 But of course, you need to pay the extra costs of 5€.

 

I understand that you expected another solution, but in this case we cannot decide otherwise.

Well I am not satisfied with your answer, because I bought the phone motivated by the free buds, in a campaign offered on your website and ask you about the offer maybe because the information was not very clear to me but you reply every week.

thanks for your reply. If you have ordered the device on our website in one of Huawei´s campaigns, then you read also the notice how to register for the FreeBuds.

 

I understand that you like to get a solution, but as it is a campaign from Huawei, we cannot help you in this issue.
