Did not receive my order


I got an email today form o2 saying that my order was delivered.

But I did not receive the product.

I have ordered Google Pixel 7 Pro along with the o2 Free M Boost Online contract.

What should I do?

I am also unable to register on my o2 since I don’t have the contract number.

thanks for contacting us.
This sounds odd! Have you contacted DHL or has your order arrived by now?
Did you ask your neighbours?
Have you already been in contact with our colleagues ?
Otherwise, I can make a request in your name, for a clarification of the whereabouts of your delivery.
After that you will have to submit a written declaration, certifying that you did not receive your delivery from DHL:
Let me know, if I should start the process. 
I’ll keep the fingers cross that everithing goes well.

My phone should have been delivered on 7th Feb, and on the DHL status it was also showing delivered, but I did not receive any package on 7th Feb.

Instead, today, on 9th Feb, the DHL person delivered the package, so I think it was some issue with DHL.

I have purchased phone with contract and I had opted for phone number porting at the time of purchase. It was mentioned that I will receive a temporary number until my original number is ported to o2. But I have not received the temporary number.

Today, I just received my phone, when will I get the contract details and the sim card?

I’m happy to read, that your phone has been delivered.
The phone and sim card are delivered seperatly.
But your sim card should be on the way. I could not see any information about a phone number porting.
So I would suggest you to do so, after your sim card has arrived via Mein o2.

I am unable to login to My o2 since I have not yet received my contract and sim. I did not receive any email after my phone was delivered. Can you please look into it and check if the contract and sim have been dispatched? Do I get the contract online on email or it is delivered by post together with the sim?

the initial contract order was cancelled and you have now ordered a contract again on the 16th, which should be send out soon. You should have also already received an email for this contract, the other documents are being delivered by post.
