Hello,
I hope you are doing great and in good health.
I received a message from o2 a couple of days back that my order XXXXXXXXXX was handed over to DHL but DHL didn’t contact me so basically I have no idea where my order is. Can you please help me out with this?

I checked with DHL and they are saying that only the sender can contact us so please ask your sender to check with us.

Any response and help would be highly appreciated.
I am waiting for your kind response.

You need to please be patient. This is a forum. Replies from a moderator can take several days and posting in a new thread will not change that.

Also, you should not post personal details like an order number in a public forum.
