Hello , I ordered ipad , and i was present in my building , but the delivery guy didnt ring the bell and now my package is being returned to the sender , what to do now?

It can take up to 6 weeks for the money from the 1st order to be automatically refunded.

Edit: You must write to the address in Nürnberg to get the reason for the rejection.

Im trying to order again , but they are not accepting my order , everytime i get email they say Sorry we can not proceed with your order, i have called o2 customer service many times , they always say they will write mail to financial department, but i still can’t order a new ipad
