Details of call history and charges are not being shown

Hello everyone,

I am trying to check the details of the call logs for the past month.
I have a prepaid card and not in any sort of contracts except the auto-debit enabled below certain balance.
When I go to the service section and choose View itemized bill option the website just redirects me to my home page where it only shows my current remain balance and current remained data.

What i need instead is a detailed bill of my phone calls for past one month or so.
Is there any way to get this bill from the O2 my home page itself?
Or maybe enable a service which sends the detailed bill to my registered email address?

For prepaid customers Mein o2 is organized a little differently.
You can find your top ups an debit entries here: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/auf-ab-buchungen
Consumption of the credit outside flatrates here: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/evn-uebersicht
Both overviews are only created if it is activated with a tick: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/evn-einstellen

Calls and SMS within flatrates are not listed.
