Desperate !


Hi everyone,

I am seeking help with the problem I am facing with O2 at the moment.
Before moving to Germany in September I ordered a sim card online hoping to receive it rapidly. After 2 weeks, I contacted the Kundenservice asking where my sim card was. They had problems and it didn't work, whatever. They promised to send a new one right away. 2 weeks later still nothing. I head to a O2 store to ask what’s going on. The guy there calls the hotline and sees that again there was a problem with the sim card. He offers me to do it in the store, so I could finally get my sim card (1 month after !!!). I told him I saw something online for 15€ a month. He rushes to do the contract and gives me a sim card. I was happy to finally have a usable phone now. However, I discover that I cannot call and be called. I tried everything (restarting the phone, take the ism card out, ...nothing). I go to an O2 store (again) to ask what’s going on. It happens that the guy sold me a sim card for tablet with which you cannot call. Which is in my opinion completely stupid cause he knew I had a phone.

Well, I ask if I can have a sim card with which I can call or simply activate the option to call, I was fine paying more. Apparently, it is not possible, and I would have to do another contract for like 15 € and have a second sim card. Because apparently when you do a contract in the store you cannot cancel it. Obviously, I didn't fall for it. However, I still cannot call, and I am stuck with this contract. I don’t get it because I could get a contract 30€ a month with data and calls and but it is not possible. I could only have 2 sim cards for 30 €. Why don’t they wanna change that!!! Am I the only one who thinks this is bull***. Especially after all the trouble I had to go through with them they could do that as a gesture.

Anyway, it sucks. If anyone as an idea or a piece of advice for me. And there is not even an email address to which I could write and complain right ?? I am stuck with this terrible online chat or the store since I cannot call.

What should I do?? Please help me.
